FEATURED PROJECT · LONG ISLAND, NY
SHINGLE-STYLE ESTATE — MOTORIZED SCREEN INSTALL IN PROGRESS
On-site installation of motorized retractable screens on a waterfront shingle-style estate. The Smart Tek team fabricated and mounted custom screen tracks on the lakeside pavilion and rear porch, then commissioned full-height motorized screens that add shade, wind, and insect protection without sacrificing the water views.
LONG ISLAND, NY
ATTIC MEDIA ROOM
A vaulted attic transformed into a quiet media retreat — TV template and rough framing through to a finished 75" display, Sonos audio, and integrated lighting.
THE HAMPTONS, NY
COVERED OUTDOOR LIVING
A refined outdoor entertaining space with integrated display zones, clean architectural openings, and a covered kitchen/lounge layout designed for long-season use.

A full Lutron HomeWorks lighting control build — from raw home-run wire pulls and panel layout through programmed, labeled, and commissioned dimming panels powering the entire home.

PRIMARY SUITE RETREAT
A calm, fully integrated bedroom with architectural lighting, automated window treatments, concealed TV placement, and a fireplace wall designed for quiet everyday use.
ESTATE LANDSCAPE LIGHTING
A full-property warm-white landscape lighting design — facade uplighting, tree accents, hedge washes, and path lighting that bring the architecture and grounds to life after dark.
PERMANENT COLOR-CHANGING FACADE LIGHTING
Permanent app-controlled RGB facade lighting — programmable color scenes for everyday, holiday, and seasonal use, fully installed and tuned at the rooflines.
COMMERCIAL TENANT FIT-OUT
COMMERCIAL STRUCTURED CABLING & MDF BUILD
Full structured cabling build-out — overhead wire-basket tray runs, neatly bundled Cat6 home-runs, and a finished MDF with patch panels, switches, and UPS in a dedicated, climate-controlled equipment room.
SAMSUNG FRAME TV & BUILT-IN MEDIA WALL
A Samsung Frame TV recessed into a grasscloth-and-wainscot feature wall above a custom floating credenza — concealed wiring, in-ceiling speakers, and a clean art-mode display that disappears into the room.
EQUIPMENT CLOSET TRANSFORMATION
A cramped pantry-style equipment closet reworked from exposed cable bundles and stacked gear into a clean, serviceable full-height rack with labeled pathways, cooling, power management, and proper component layout.

COASTAL NEW BUILD — PRE-WIRE & MOTORIZED SHADE ROUGH-IN
Whole-home pre-wire and motorized shade pocket rough-in on a waterfront new construction — structured cabling pulled to every window, low-voltage drops staged at each opening, and shade tracks set into the stucco columns before finishes.
PRIVATE CINEMA & ARCHITECTURAL LIGHTING DETAILS
A dedicated tiered home theater paired with illuminated floating stair treads and a refined Frame TV wall — dark architectural finishes, concealed accent lighting, motorized projection, and clean trim integration throughout the space.
WATERFRONT PAVILION — OUTDOOR KITCHEN, MOTORIZED SCREENS & AV
A fully integrated waterfront pavilion featuring motorized retractable screens for sun and wind control, outdoor audio, mounted TV over a brick fireplace, ceiling-mounted heaters and fan, and an outdoor kitchen with integrated AV — all designed for year-round entertaining with sweeping bay and putting-green views.
