PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Smart Tek of Long Island, Inc. sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages relate to responses to your inquiries, consultation and appointment scheduling and reminders, project status updates, service and technical support, and SmartCare service plan notifications — including call-back confirmations, appointment confirmations and reminders, and links to our website. Texts are sent only to people who have opted in.
HOW YOU OPT IN
You opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on a form on smarttekli.com and submitting your phone number, or by texting us first. Opting in is never required to request a consultation or to purchase any product or service.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and any active projects or service requests.
COST
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Smart Tek does not charge for text messages.
OPT OUT
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission for the mobile number you provide.
